Specific preparations for tests
You will find below the preparations for the tests that are performed in this department.
When you make your appointment, we ask you to tell our staff if you:
- have any type of prosthesis or device implanted inside your body.
- have congestive heart failure or kidney failure.
- have any known allergies to contrast agents.
You will also be told if you need to come with an empty stomach. If you do, we remind you that you must not eat for 6 hours prior to undergoing the test.
