Tests- Dressings- Injections

Enter via A&E and give your details at the A&E desk for:
  • Blood, urine and stool tests. Timetable: 8.30 to 11.30 a.m. from Monday to Saturday
  • Collection of laboratory results: written authorisation will be required if the test results are collected by anyone other than the patient.
  • Dressings and injections. Dressings: you must bring the medical report and dressing regimen. Injections: you must bring the medical prescription and provide the medication in some cases. Timetable: 12 noon to 9 p.m. from Monday to Sunday
  • Gynaecology (appointments tel. 965264200 ext. 257).
  • General and Laparoscopic Surgery (appointments tel. 965264200 ext. 257).
  • Internal Medicine (appointments tel. 965264200 ext. 257).
  • Chest Surgery (appointments tel. 965264200 ext. 257).

Enter via the Main Entrance and give your details at Radiology Reception for:
  • Radiological examinations: you will be asked for the medical prescription, authorisation from your insurance company, if applicable, and your ID document.
  • Collection of examination results and radiology reports: written authorisation will be required if the test results are collected by anyone other than the patient. (tel. 965269051)

Enter via the Main Entrance and give your details at Reception for:
  • Neurophysiology studies: provide your personal details, medical prescription and authorisation from your insurance company, if applicable.
  • Collection of anatomy reports: written authorisation will be required if the test results are collected by anyone other than the patient.
  • Cardiology examinations: provide your personal details, medical prescription and authorisation from your insurance company, if applicable. List of habitual medication. Informed consent forms, already signed.
  • Endoscopies: After giving your details, you will be collected from the main lobby and accompanied to the changing rooms, where you will be provided with disposable clothing ready to enter the operating theatre. You may leave you belongings in a locker. If necessary, you may stay in the recovery area for a short while before going home.

We advise you:

  • To bring comfortable clothing.
  • To avoid bringing valuables with you, and should you do so, leave them with your companion.
  • After surgery you cannot drive your own vehicle. Your specialist or anaesthetist will tell you when you can drive again.
